Diane began her real estate career 18 years ago in Larchmont, New York, a northern suburb of Manhattan. Starting as a sales associate, she was responsible for listing and selling a range of properties from home rentals and condominiums to multi-million dollar luxury homes.

Several years into her successful sales career she shifted her focus to management where one of her responsibilities was to oversee a staff of 34 agents. Diane took a hands-on approach to managing which often landed her in the midst of negotiations and along with her team closed hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions catapulting her office to one of the top ranking in the company. During her tenure Diane personally closed approximately 38 million dollars in transactions.

In addition to her duties in management her strong commitment to education lead her to receive her certification as a New York State Real Estate Instructor teaching at both the Westchester County Board of Realtor as well as the Houlihan Lawrence Training Center.

Professionally, Diane is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Organization and Westchester/Putnam County Board of Realtors and the Real Estate Educators Association.

I currently specialize in residential sales in the “Historic Kenwood” area of St Petersburg where I’ve lived for the past 6 years. Along with other dedicated and caring residents of the Neighborhood Association we host monthly “porch parties” for the community. It’s a great neighborhood and I’m proud to be part of its growth.

I strongly believe that community involvement is central to change and to that end I also spend some of my free time with the Hospice Organization.

Formerly my experience gained as both a Creative Director in New York and an Analyst for Store Planning and Design in Boston plus a background in the theater helped set the stage for my real estate career.
